Steel Wheel Tavern Gift Card Raffle

Eligibility

The gift card giveaway is open only to those who sign up on the website and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The gift card giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. The gift card giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, the contestant (“You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the decisions of The Steel Wheel Tavern as final and binding as they relate to the content and operation of this gift card giveaway.

Gift Card Giveaway Period

Rolling entries will be accepted online. Monthly drawings will be held on the last day of each month.

How to Enter

To enter, submit an entry using the online form provided on the website. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of The Steel Wheel Tavern. You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. Attempts to enter more than once by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices, or by any other fraudulent methods, may result in disqualification at The Steel Wheel Tavern’s sole discretion.

Prizes

The winner(s) (the “Winner”) will receive a $100 gift card valid for one year from the issue date. The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash. The prize is non-transferable.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of The Steel Wheel Tavern. Winner will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection. The Steel Wheel Tavern shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings, or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact information. Receipt of the prize is conditioned upon compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by Winner (at The Steel Wheel Tavern’s sole discretion) will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless The Steel Wheel Tavern and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the gift card giveaway.

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on The Steel Wheel Tavern website. By entering, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with that Privacy Policy.
